I have been involved in triathlons since 2005. My original passion was road racing but due to constraints of my job I took up running in addition to my cycling. I have participated in numerous running, riding and triathlon events and in 08' I am focusing more on the long course. I bring a tremendous amount of knowledge about endurance sport training. My teaching background includes snowboarding instructor, skydiving instructor, and flight instructor. I have coached several people to their first Olympic triathlon as well as created an eight week training program for a half marathon. I truly love helping others reach their goals, and I look forward to working with the TriBOISE athletes. I am always available to answer questions on the forums or emails.
